Job Overview:

​​We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with construction experience to oversee and lead our construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a unique blend of project management expertise and hands-on construction skills. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our diverse range of projects, while actively participating in on-site labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures to maintain a secure and high-standard work environment.

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, implementing adjustments as necessary to stay within scope.

• Act as the primary on-site liaison for clients, project stakeholders, and the public, providing updates and addressing concerns.

• Manage the delivery and use of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and minimizing downtime.

• Conduct regular safety checks and training, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

• Identify and address problems in the field promptly to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.
   

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in construction project management and hands-on construction.

• Strong knowledge of various construction trades, techniques, and safety standards.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate construction teams effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications for both new & existing projects.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome project challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• High level of attention to detail & care for quality work.
